What are your credentials? A.   Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of St. Thomas and a Master's Degree in Counseling and Guidance from River Falls, WI. I worked as an employee assistance counselor for Ceridian for 13 years before starting my private practice in 1995.   Q? What are your rates? A.  $65 for a half-hour       $95 for one full hour       $10 off your first appointment with purchase of my       book Career Quest.   Q? How will I know if you can help me with my situation?       A.   I offer a free 15 minute initial assessment for prospective clients to explain their individual situation and ask questions.      Q? What is your counseling approach? A.   I believe that the answers to our problems lie within us, but sometimes we need help digging deep enough to find them. I strive to create a supportive environment where people are safe to explore their career and life concerns. Then I help them identify what is missing and together we create a customized plan to manifest a better, richer, more rewarding life.   My approach is holistic, working with the physical, mental, financial and spiritual dimension of each client. Most people who seek my help have a belief in a Higher Power and want spiritual direction on their career quest. I'm comfortable working with people of all faiths.   Q? Do you work with clients from out of town? A.   Yes, phone sessions can be easily arranged.     Q?  How many sessions will I need? A.   That depends upon your situation. Some clients have gotten what they needed in only 2-3 appointments, others require more. It's been my experience that clients know when they need another session.   Q? How do I schedule an appointment?
